NOW Foods, Organic Erythritol, Pleasant Sweetner for Reduced-Calorie and Sugar-Free Recipes, Zero-Calorie, Low Glycemic Impact, 1-Pound (Packaging May Vary)

Value for money and excellent choice

This is the closest substitute to real sugar.

Works wonderfully for a virtually zero carb cheesecake! I used coarse ground almonds, almond flour, erythritol, eggs, and butter for the crust. Whipped egg whites folded into whipped cream cheese and erythritol for the filling. Bake for an hour and let it cool in the oven! Rave reviews.

I don't get an after taste from this which is amazing. I have to dissolve it on hot liquid. Not strong or sweet enough to make my coffee taste good. But perfect for tea. HOWEVER, after every time I use this sugar I have loose stools. At first I thought I was going into Ketosis but I then noticed it only happens right after I've used this sugar. So I would not recommend using this if you are at work or out and about. Try it a few times at home first. I'm sure everyone won't have the same experience. This is a decent alternative to Swerve. If it weren't for the loose stools, I wouldn't be going back to swerve.

I have been in search of a great tasting sugar substitute without bitterness or aftertaste for well over 10 years now. I've tried a bunch. I found this quite by accident and it is THE BEST in the world! There is absolutely no reason to not buy this! No bitter aftertaste, no bitter going in taste, no chemical taste, no weird taste. If somebody were to blindfold you and do it taste test between common table sugar and this product, you probably would not be able to tell any difference at all. My only complaint is that it is so darn expensive. But I consider that as an investment in my health.

Nice flavor, baking ability, works perfectly.

the product is worth it for anyone who like me has a history of diabetes in their family and is pre-diabetic. It tastes exactly like sugar. the only thing is it takes a little more of this sweetener in your coffee to get the desired sweet taste but it is such a minimal amount more, it is not a drawback to get the product. Also, there is no bitter aftertaste like so many sugar substitutes out there

Nothing wrong with the product itself, but there's a person that's on the keto diet I'm just not a fan of the taste. It also for some people cause digestive issues I didn't really have an issue I just don't like the aftertaste my go-to is monk fruit. The one particular seller was out so I use this because I had to. I signed I have to use more of this than I do with some monk fruit to get the desired sweetness. This may be five stars for some because they just like it.

ME ENCANTÓ RECIBIR EN PERRFECTAS CONDICIONES EL PRODUCTO, EL CUAL RECOMIENDO POR EL SABOR YA QUE NO DEJA ABSOLUTAMENTE NINGUN SABOR AMARGO Y ES IDEAL PARA LA REPOSTERIA.
