Women's Sandals

One of my best slippers. Havaianas are wonderful. So comfortable and soft. Lightweight. My second pair of Havaianas and at this point will no longer wear any other slippers.

This is the best brand of flip flop I have found. They cost a little more but are definitely worth it. I have a pair that has lasted 5 years. I live on a farm and mow in my flops so they get some abuse. The sole doesn't breakdown to paper thin like other brands either. I am now fairly dedicated to this brand and do not even look at others cause they don't measure up.

These are definitely my favorite flip flops. I got a pair in Navy Blue a few years ago and absolutely loved them. Somewhere along the way I lost track of them and I've missed them ever since. Living in the heat of the South, I've gone through several pairs of flip flops over the years but never quite fell in love with any as much as these. Or if I did love a pair I would wear them so much they would break down and fall apart... some even developed funky odors rendering them unwearable. Admittedly it may seem a bit odd to be professing love for a pair of flip flops. In particularl these as they are fairly standard looking as far as flip flops go. But there's just something about the shape of this particular brand and model (the Top, not the Slim) that seems to flatter my foot more than any other flip flop. I can't explain it. Is it because I have wider than average feet? Anywho, aside from vanity they're just super comfy and their weight is ideal - not too heavy and bulky, but still of substance. They're also very convenient - good at the beach/pool/shower and they also have enough cushioning (for me at least) to do plenty of walking if I need to. Of course, as with any flip flop, I would not go hiking or do any activities that would require actual traction. They aren't as sturdy as, say, Rainbows, but honestly I far prefer the feel of rubber under my feet. I tend to find leather very drying. Still, though, they are sturdy enough and they seem to hold up to wear and tear with ease so I trust they will last quite a while, assuming one doesn't lose them. Thus, for the aforementioned reasons, I finally got myself another pair, again in Navy Blue a few months ago when they were on sale and I have not been disappointed. A note on sizing - I generally wear a women's size 8, on the nose. Apparently, after looking through my order history, when I ordered these the first time I got a size 39/40 (US 8/9). This time, for some unknown reason I ended up ordering a size 37/38 (US 7/8) and the fit feels perfectly fine to me. Maybe my feet have shrunk? Honestly I don't remember ever being dissatisfied with larger size, so my thinking is that the sizing might be rather flexible. If you prefer tighter fitting flops order down, if you prefer having plenty of flop behind your heel order up. But who knows, maybe I have weird feet. Oh, and for reference - in the picture of the flip flops next to a black slide on - the black slide on is size 8 & 1/2. I threw in the blue notebook for color reference. I suppose size 37/38 does just barely fit my foot, but that's the way I prefer it as I usually end up tripping over flip flops that are much longer. As long as my foot's not falling off the edge of the shoe I'm happy. EDIT August 2018: Still my favorite pair of flip flops and still going strong! These even went with me when I moved to Bangkok, Thailand and back. Must haves. EDIT December 30 2020: Still my favs. Have gone with me on a move from the (U.S.) South to the Pacific North West, and on trips between the two.

I have been using Havaianas since I was a child. The variety increased but the quality decreased. After having the web in-between my toes sliced and the straps completely faded by the sun, I won't be buying or recommending this product again.

I bought two pairs of Havaianas two to three years ago. I loved them. They were extremely comfortable AND durable. I wore them often and they still look great. The new pairs do not have the smooth shiny finish on the top surface like the older ones have which is unfortunate. I feel like the smooth shiny finish made the flip flops much more comfortable. The current flip flops still look as durable though and fit as expected. I wear a size 8 shoe and the 7/8 flip flops fit perfectly. The colors I picked also matched the picture. So, other than missing the smooth and shiny finish, the sandals are great. Hopefully as durable and comfy. Also, purchasing the flip flops from Amazon is half the price of buying straight from the oficial Havaianas website. Don’t know why.

I am absolutely obsessed with these flip flops. Best flip flops ever. I’m just sad they kind of have raised their price. But still, they’re amazing.
