I originally purchased this as a budget fishing lures kit. I am surprised that the quality of the product is far greater than I expected. The plastics are strong and elasticity is very good. The baits stay on the jig head and or hook well and lasting for several fish. I have already ordered a second one.I highly recommend this not as a budget item but a quality product for Small /Large mouth bass and other fresh water species.

I'm always grateful to come across economical fishing lures to target bass and walleye here in Michigan, I'm even more excited when I come across an economical kit that can target a wide range of species because I'm a multi-species fishermen. The 3/8 oz jig head allows you to get down deep near the freighter channel on Lake St. Clair or even the Detroit River to target the walleye. The lighter jig heads, like the 1/4 oz works magnificent on smallmouth bass. And the 3/16 oz works great in the shallows like in the marinas for largemouth bass. This kit is good for anyone who's a veteran or amateur fisherman alike, especially great for the young anglers who are short on money. Wish the colors were more lifelike, as I really sliver glitter minnows, but the red crayfish and grubs aren't the most effective colors on a lake like St. Clair, but you'll find they'll work pretty good on certain days. It's always good to have a wide range of colors because you never know what any of these species of fish will lock onto. Bottom line, you can't beat the price of this soft plastic bait kit by ODDSPRO.

I reviewed this product with no expectations. The soft plastics are durable and full of realistic features. The minnows and paddle tail baits have realistic eyes that give them a lifelike appearance. The craw has appendages that undulate in the water and claws that truly mimic a crayfish. I was very surprised by the action of the curly tail grub. The tail has an action you usually only see in a high end plastic. Much like everything in this world, this kit is not perfect. I have recommended in the review video and to the company that they add some smaller jig heads to the kit. I am going to use the soft plastic jerk bait on a drop shot setup and the paddle tail swim bait on an underspin or possibly on a 1 ought EWG plastic worm hook and texas rig it. I recommend trying this kit! It will catch many freshwater fish species. Take care!!

The media could not be loaded.  The kit actually arrived one day early. We used it on the lake. My kids loved the minnows. They look and move just like real minnows in the water. In fact shortly after I dropped the minnow in the water, I had a few Bluegills come by to check out the bait. If you are taking the kids fishing and like us don't want to stop by for live bait, this is all you will need. I am keeping the kit in the car along with a telescopic fishing rod so that we can just stop and cast whenever the kids see an interesting pond/lake.

I like the variety of soft lures that come in this kit.I also like that it came with 3 different sizes of jig heads.The problem I had was with the jig head hooks.They did not seem to stay in well enough and the fish kept coming off.So -1 star because of the hooks but besides that its a good kit to use fishing.It says saltwater too but if you fish this kit in saltwater then I suggest using a different jig head/hook.GetOutTheHouseGoFish!

I got these to use for a gender revel to decorate with so they worked for that. I wouldn’t suggest them for someone who really wanted to go fishing.
