Well made, great quality.
We did a bit of research before settling on this tub. We've had it a few weeks now and it is great. It has a high quality finish, is very well made and (so far) is working flawlessly. My only gripe is that the images are a little misleading as they make it look like it comes with lights (it does not). We purchased LED lights separately here on Amazon though and the look is just the same.

ITS DANGEROUS AND CAUSES FIRES - DO NOT BUY
Please do not buy this item. It is faulty and dangerous. The item has burnt through our plug nearly causing an elctrical fire. We believe the item has now fried all of the heating panels as it will not heat up. ITS DANGEROUS AND HAS A HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING.WHATS WORSE IS THE SELLER AND AMAZON DONT CARE AND WILL NOT REFUND OR ACKNOWLEDGE FAULTY ITEM.DO NOT BUY -

Product not working after one year 😢
Issues one year on, the product was very good used last summer, went to inflate this week and nothing, checked all the usual, made contact with Amazon told to be to the manufacturer no response.

Good hot tub but doesnt last
Great use throughout the whole year and good times but it failed to work anymore after 1year 4months. It doesnt heat and comes up with E1 error.

Easy to assemble hot tub, great for 6 people.
We have so far only had it out once, for a week, so these are first impressions. It was easy to set up, having the pump built in is very convenient, and although the weather was quite cold it heated up in 24 hours. It is roomy and comfortably fitted 4 adults and 2 children. We had some problems with the delivery, an Amazon glitch, but once it arrived we were very pleased with it.

Good if u got hot top connected all the time
Its dose not inflat all the way up and some times not at all and it dose not get warm at all

Very poor quality and no customer service
Very soon after purchasing this hot tub we had issues with the zip on the lid which eventually broke completely and we are unable to close the tub. We have been dealing with MSpa UK for the last 8 months trying to get this resolved which has been very challenging, virtually impossible to get in contact with and we have to constantly chase to get any follow up. Eventually they agreed to send out a replacement that uses straps and buckles versus a zip. The replacement arrived today (5 months after agreed) however it only has a zip so we're back to the start!!!
