I’ve used this product for a month, as recommended. I’ve gotten back to my normal (ideal) weight, with no side effects. This doesn’t necessarily suppress my appetite, which I’m thankful for. I love eating healthy. What it does to my body basically is cleanse my colon over night, balance my bowel movements, and then get toxins out of my digestive system. I don’t necessarily feel significantly lighter in my stomach after a month (and I’m sure if it should), but I’m sleeping much much better at night — not in a way that sleeping pills make you sleep but in a way where I feel less stressed, more relaxed. And I’ve been eating well, also. I would eat whatever but I didn’t gain weight. Truly amazing. Would highly recommend using this.

I will start by saying that I love this brand and take a lot of their supplements such as DHEA, Collagen, White Kidney Bean, and currently started taking their Probiotic+Prebiotic. I have had no problems with any of them in regards to bad side-effects and they have proven to work! So when I found this colon cleanser, I was ecstatic to try it. I used Dr. Tobias (I think that's the name) which worked for sure. But I was interested in seeing what else was out there. Found this and compared it to two other brands, including the one I had been using. This product had so much more! Unlike the others, this one also contained ginger root. I welcome anything with ginger due to chronic inflammation. When I received this product, like all other cleansers, I start with 1 capsule to play it safe. Nothing happened. I drank a full bottle of water, braced for any cramps. Nothing. I took another capsule 6 hours later. The next morning, still nothing. Took 2 capsules and it's now been 4-5 hours and am not feeling anything--no movements which I usually feel with the other cleanser--my intestines usually begin to gurgle and I feel mild cramps. I had such high hopes for this product. I am relieved that it is returnable. Will go back to my old cleanser.

I want to say first, this is great! I took 1 capsule at about noon on the day I got them and then before going to bed, I took 2, about 2 A.M. They made me have a lot of gas but they helped to clean my system so far and I'm looking forward to the next couple days of use. I had no diarrhea with these like I've had with everything I've used in the past. They seem to just soften it up and help you go. Anyway, it's a great product and I'll more than likely buy more when I run out. Thank you Nature Craft!

I really like this colon cleanse!! Capsule is very easy to swallow. If you suffer with constipation or your body needs a decent purge I'd recommend you buying this product. It do not gripe the stomach on any way when working. The best way to get your bowels to start moving is to take no more/less than 2 and do not eat anything after just drink your fluids and you'll be alright. Some may recommend 3 capsules which is not a bad thing especially if you go once every 2/3 weeks. Again very easy to take, no leave back taste or anything. Will continue to purchase.

First time taking something like this and it work very good

Simply love this product! Having an extremely sensitive stomach and my husband the opposite, I was interested to see how it works. It works so well for both of us, no side effects. Total natural and leaving you feeling cleansed!
