Really fun tool to have around!
Great tool for ANYONE wanting to work on hand strength/stamina and coordination. I use this tool for people in my boxing gym that cannot jump rope due to injury and for my older members who do not want the impact on their joint from jumping. I’ve had all levels of age age and fitness use these and they all agree that they aren’t as coordinated as they thought they were ha! It’s a really fun tool that anyone can benefit from and it’s super affordable and worth it. I got the heavier set and it seems to be a great weight for all levels of fitness.

I like them but don't feel any weight on them.
I ordered & paid for the weighted ones.They don't feel like they have any weight to them at all. Other than that I do like them, so far.Just wish I got weighted ones. I dont see a way to even get into them to check or add more weight.
