They work perfectly, with a caveat
These will require some manual alignment. As they come, each surface mount leg almost sit directly over the solder mask between the pins on the PCB.That being said, some manual adjustment of the the through hole grounded anchors (one side bent inward, the other outward) will render the legs aligned and the port perfectly functional.For the low price of 5 units and the quick prime shipping, I am absolutely fine with this trade off. I will be ordering more as needed. If one takes their time making sure the through holes are totally clear when desoldering the old port to maximize alignment leeway, you will be able to make the adjustment in 30 seconds.
