The measurements shown were the dimensions of the packaging. I returned them.

Good quality
These are difficult to find to fit a Delta 18v finish sander. The order I received did not have the exact grits specified in the listing, but I still had the 200 & 320 which is what you need for a "finish sander."

The tip would wear out quickly. I like the sand papers that have several diamond shaped tip pieces better.A decent-lasting sandpaper.
