i have used long lines in the past but they’ve always been rope ones without handles on the end. they always got tangled up, hurt my hands and got really soggy and gross after walks. we were due for a trip to the beach and so i knew i needed a waterproof one.i went for the 10m one and it was a good length for my 8kg cockapoo, perhaps if she was any bigger i would have gone for the longer one.when we wanted to come off the beach and put her back on her normal lead it was great being able to quickly shove it all back in the mesh bag and was good to know that it fits back in there even without rolling it back up.i won’t lie it did seem to pick up a lot of sand but a quick rinse in the sea made it completely clean again. i initially tried to clean it with a baby wipe which didn’t work (but i have no doubt that a baby wipe would work with mud, perhaps it’s just sand!)will definitely buy another to keep as a spare.

This is my second lead, the first lasted about 3 months before the dog bit through it.It's a nice lead, doesn't absorb any water and is easy to clean when it gets dirty, as it will when trailing along the ground.I bought the 15m lead which is long enough but has an unfortunate ability to tie itself into knots. I can curl it up in my hand and 10 minutes later at the park, it has a big knot in it and I spent the next couple of minutes unfurling the lead again. I guess it's no worse than many long leads and at least it's easy to fix due to the coating.It's strong and will hold back a big dog who is desperately trying to get to a squirrel.The very best thing is it doesn't chafe. If the dog is running loose with a trailing lead and accidentally runs around people, it doesn't hurt when it rubs against ankles, unlike a rope.

This lead is lightweight, easy to clean perfect for my new rescue dog when i first took him on the fields and until he was able to be let off the lead on his walks.

This was a great lead. Never broke when our dog pulled or got stuck around trees.Was super easy to clean and the bag it came with was useful for transporting it.

Great for keeping clean, super slippery when wet. Best for training mantrailing or tracking on dry days

I purchased this lead originally to have a match to my doggos collar.It looks great however since i own an XXL doggo, so it could be considered rather risky taking him out on long walks with this lead. He's not a pets pet. So i do see him being able to snap this one should he hulks up his chest and charges at some random cattie/ doggo.I do like the color because its hi-vis especially in sunny weathers, the length of it is very good too. Doesn't get tangled, waterproof and very easy to clean unlike the common leads.I've had to resort to using this on local walks rather than long outings just to keep the priority of safety first. Overall i like it. My doggo likes it since he gets to roam more than his usual 6ft lead, he gets an extra 10ft of lead to run around.

Our dog was struggling with recall so we had to resort to a long lead. As we often walk our dog on our local beach I wanted a lead that wouldn’t soak up water and sand. This lead is perfect! Sand brushed off it and was easy to see with the fluorescent colour. It coped with lots of pulling and tension. I would highly recommend it!
