So far so good.
Was very impressed with the cutter. It works better than expected. I will update review as time goes on if anything goes wrong. But for now, is a very nice addition to the shop.

It's hard to not notice the price of these category plasma cutters. I'm not a professional welder but know enough to start trouble. I have however been welding for 30 years and never could justify the high cost of a plasma cutter. This tool is an amazing piece of equipment and easily cut 1/4 inch hot rolled steel square tubing and 3/16" plate. I feel it could cut even thicker material. After some practice I was able to make some darn neat clean cuts with little slag. I have not reached the limits of the duty cycle on 110v yet after a lot of cutting.Assembly did require a bit of focus and some decision making with cable choice and plug type. For 220 v I used the Eton s42-SP NEMA and 3/c 12 AWG cable coupled to a L14-30R 30 Amps 125/250v 4 Prong twist lock. This was a model I followed based on a YouTube video. It works well for my setup by distinguishing the two cables (one for 110v and one for 220v) from others in my shop. This arrangement with these plug ends also make a stable trouble free connection however unorthodox professional welders might find it.The overall quality is medium, not professional or industrial. This is due mostly in part to the flimsy trigger and the flimsy air regulator. The dials and switches on the face of the unit are sturdy, the metal case is adequate. A suitcase type handle would be better than the nylon strap it comes with but in my case it is mounted on a unit rack.I guess the face shield and brush hammer combo that are included are for welders that Ewan Mcgregor and Charlie Borman might run into.Over all this inexpensive machine is a powerful cutting tool and I would recommend it to a friend. Because I'm not lending mine out.

NO TECH SUPPORT
If you have any issues with this plasma cutter do not expect any kind of help....the best you'll get is "send it back".....I don't want to send it back or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place....I took it to a shop and had it fixed....It was worth the $75 to not have to ship back and wait.... So ad cost to repair into the purchase price just in case yours starts acting up like mine did..

Never used a plasma cutter before and really didn't know what to expect. When I did finally used theplasma cutter WOW was I surprised and wished I had one of these cutters much sooner..Tried the plasma cutter on an aluminum tool box to add some locks. Cut very easy. WOW once again......

Need a little electrical knowledge when it arrives...
It was exactly what we wanted except for the fact it showed up without a plug for the wall so we had to go buy a plug to put on the wire to use it.

Really great plasma cutter.
Great product. Needed it to cut 100 feet of heavy sheet metal and it worked great. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

Nice cutter for the the $$.
This is a great plasma cutter for mild use. I wired it for 220v. Reading reviews I could see performance was better than 110v. Does a great job on mild steel, and light metals. I've cut 3/8" steel, 1/4" aluminum, and a variety of thinner metals with absolutely no problem. Practice cutting and adjusting power to learn the best cutting results. Good "Bang for the Buck"!
