Pulse Oximeter Fingertip, Digital Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor for Heart Rate Monitor and SpO2 Levels, Portable LCD Pulse Oximeter (Batteries Included)

This meter is easy to use and seems to be reasonably accurate, though I have no good way to tell for sure. The display is small, but very nice, and reorients as you reposition it - nice feature. My only niggling complaints: 1) It starts up and displays 96% or 95% for a few seconds before it shows you the real reading, so you have to ignore the first few seconds of readings (it seems to take at least 30-60 seconds to really settle in on a "good" measurement number, but it's passable after 5-10 seconds.) 2) You can't easily turn it off, so don't. Trying to use the button to turn it off launches a config menu where you can easily accidentally foul up the defaults and alarm thresholds. Just take it off your finger (the display will note your finger isn't present) and let it turn itself off in about 5 more seconds. Much easier, and you won't have to do a factory reset to put the thresholds back... 3) It comes with *really* crappy Chinese batteries that have a staggering amount of mercury in them (8-10%) and on top of that, only ran the device for two days of use before dying. (The Delco alkalines I replaced them with have been running for almost a month, and the battery gauge says they're still nearly full.) 4) The serial number and other label info rubs off after a couple of weeks of use, even without wiping the device down at all. Hopefully you won't need that info. Overall, a few pretty minor quirks, but this seems to be a fairly solid product at a very good price - I'm happy with the purchase.

Wow/-/easy to use pulse ox. monitor that is not tight and doesn’t pinch at all. This device does just what it says: Pulse rate bpm Pulse ox PI% heart rate “waves” Btw I did not know what PI % was before purchasing this. However, now I do⤵️ Perfusion Index or PI % is —the ratio of the pulsatile blood flow to the non-pulsatile static blood flow in a patient's peripheral tissue (such as finger tip, toe, or ear lobe). —an indication of the pulse strength at the sensor site. The PI's values range from 0.02% for very weak pulse to 20% for extremely strong pulse. ***With this device, it takes a full minute or two to get a completely accurate reading.*** Great product especially with COVID possibility showing signs before a person can tell if it’s COVID or just the flu. This could help assess if a dr consult is needed to determine what is medically wrong. So this is an assessment device to assess if medical consultation and diagnosis is needed. Again, video shows just how easy this is to use and set up. Very basic set up for a complex instrument. I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review. This product does exactly what it was intended for. For some reason tho, I cannot seem to get a definite result but after consulting my doctor, they said a general range is accurate enough, so I guess that works fine. Other than that, the product is pretty easy to use and I appreciate the color LED display, which makes everything a lot easier to read overall. Price is fair too, I would recommend this.

Bought for parents. Works well. No compaints

I'm a caretaker for someone with COPD, and I really needed to get one of these. Just so happened that this was on a lightning deal when I was looking for one, so I jumped on it in a hurry. I didn't even really read through the information, since the lightning deal was almost over. So long as it showed the SpO2 and pulse rate I'd be happy. It certainly does that, plus a few extra bells and whistles. I'm quite happy with this little gadget. For one, the clarity of the screen is gorgeous. An OLED screen is certainly an unexpected plus. Honestly, I expect her nurse to be jealous, as hers is a lot more pedestrian. I'm also happy it takes normal batteries. No idea on how long those will last, since I've only had it a day. Even for the regular price I'd say this is well worth it. NOTE: I didn't rate for accuracy, without testing it against an IEC calibrated device I couldn't really say. It does seem to be in the correct neighborhood just from eyeballing it against my experience.

Wow surely surprised with this little gadget! Works great and accurate. I got covid and breathing has been horrible so depend on pulse ox and nebulizer to keep me out of hospital and this has been great monitor! Easy to use with quick accurate readings. Small and effective!

I love this oximeter it is easy to use and comes with batteries and the wrist band is an extra plus. The only thing I wasn't too happy about is the monitor keeps going and adjusting and does not stop for a set reading like a thermometer would do. Other than that it's worth the buy. I will say make sure you read or search the pulse rates for age range. I purchased to keep track of my 4yo with asthma oxygen level. It's worth the buy and I'd reccomend. I googled the 3 different readings and the pulse and heart rate range for all ages to be sure I knew what to look for when using the monitor. I decided to have the images for others to use.
