A good variety
A good splash of flavor to add variety to your olive oil lineup. Doesn’t mesh well will all flavors, but great for Italian dishes or for bread dipping

Superb quality, taste, and aromatics.
This extra-virgin olive oil is outstanding! The minute I zipped off the foil seal and opened the cap, I got a faint whiff of the oregano. When I got closer and gave the opening a whiff, the oregano was more pronounced, but still subtle. So, I gave it a tablespoon taste test, and here's what I experienced: When it first hit my tongue, the smooth warmth of the fat content, and the sweetness of the olives overtook my senses. It was delightful. When I breathed in to catch the aromatics, the oregano really came through...and it was heady and aromatic x10. Still not overpowering, though. Just warm, earthy, and wonderful. After a minute or so, I began to notice peppery overtones - (more like cracked black pepper than vine peppers). After 30 minutes, my tongue was still tingling from it all - in the best way possible.Later, I tested out a fine drizzle on fresh garden tomato slices with just a sprinkle of sea salt, and the combination of the flavors was a knockout. It enhanced the side dish, but didn't overpower things. The natural sweetness of the olives complimented the tomatoes very nicely.Later still, I was reheating homemade fresh tomato, garlic, and sweet pepper pizza, and gave the slices a drizzle. Perfection.Anyway, this is a real treat. I appreciate that it comes from a 5th generation farm in Kalamata, and is entirely naturally pressed and processed with no machinery. It's slightly higher in calories than my standby Filippo Berio oil, and is rated at 130 calories per tablespoon (as opposed the the typical 120 cals), but it has zero trans fats, zero poly/mono-unsaturated fats, zero carbohydrates, and no sodium. The ingredients are pure and simple (as they should be) - extra virgin olive oil, and mani oregano. It's also non-gmo, and gluten free. This is a real taste treat, and I think it's going to be wonderful drizzled onto lentil stew, a hearty salad with Feta, or even lightly tossed with plain pasta and some Romano cheese. This one's a total winner in my kitchen, and it would make a wonderful gift.
