I love this product, it’s affordable, effective, and I enjoy the taste of it! I’ve been using it for about six months, it was recommended to me by my cousin who is a functional medicine practitioner. I had good success as it immediately stopped the bloating that I have been experiencing for many years. It did not affect the constipation issues at all though. The directions are skimpy to say the least. Be sure to dilute this with plenty of liquid. I didn't do that on my last usage and it seriously irritated my stomach. I will have to stop using until this heals.

Drank a glass of water, take one dropper,Swirl it (might as well start at the top), then drink my coffee. 3 days my gut gurgled but extra things left my system, upped my game to morning and afternoon for a week.
