The Best Wholesaling Book Ever

Honestly not really impressed.. the first 40 or so pages is the typical "mindset" and authors biography filler, which they circle back to for the last 10 or so pages as well. If you've read even a single book on this subject there's absolutely nothing new to be learned here. It says they give you "all the scripts you need", there is maybe 4 or 5 at most in the whole book and 2 of them are word for word the exact same. They claim to have all these free resources on their website (which they name drop every couple of pages) but when you go to the site none of it is actually available. Titling this book the best wholesaling book ever is a major major reach

It couldn’t be any more vague or basic. Very poorly written. Some main topics are covered in 3-4 sentences. The lack of information is appalling.

There are so many books out there on Wholesaling. Honestly, most of them are there so the author can make a quick buck. These guys are handing out game for less than it would cost to get some fast food. Under $5.00 for this wealth on knowledge. If you have ever wanted to get into Real Estate wholesaling. Buy this book. It's really all you need. They go over marketing techniques (Ones that work) They go over scripts (ones that work)There is no Fluff. This book is so advanced, that if you read it, you can teach a course on wholesaling yourself and sound like a pro that's been doing it for years. It's a must buy if you're into Real Estate Wholesaling.

Carlos, Sal and Alex, I cannot thank you enough for writing this book. As soon I received it I read it from cover to cover. I’m new to wholesaling but not to real estate. My wife and I have been flipping but now want to build a successful wholesale business and this book gave some great points on how to get starting to how to close. I will definitely utilize there systems and processes to build our business. You definitely didn’t leave anything out, you out it all in the table for anyone with the burning desire to get started and succeed. Great guys keep up the great work. I also follow you guys on FB. Everything in this book can be found on google or youtube. He gives no game to someone who has did any type of research in the field. This might be the first time I read a book and gained absolutely nothing.

I’ve been following Carlos and Sal for quite some time and have seen them show nothing but CONSISTENCY. If you want to learn about wholesaling real estate the right way, then this is the book for you. Learn and implement what they teach consistently and you will be successful!Great read!

There is no better UPDATED information in a book regarding wholesaling! The advice in this book is coming directly from experience of entrepreneurs that run and operate 7 figure wholesaling businesses today! The source of information doesn’t get much more credible than that! This is a must buy for anyone that wants to get into real estate.

Straight Fire these guys are the REAL DEAL. Love the book and it honestly is one of the best Wholesaling Books I've read. I'm purchasing a few more to gift to business partners and Investors I do business with.
