It died filled with bugs

It was beautiful when it arrived, but it started dropping leaves immediately. It has been dying a slow, steady death ever since arrival.

My ficus came perfectly wrapped and i followed the care instructions to a tee. Its beautiful, but smaller than i had hoped it would be. The seller said 4ft., but no way is mine 4ft. It has dropped a few leaves, but that's to be expected I hope it gets fuller soon. Its really difficult to purchase live plants in the world we live in now, so its imperative that you are able to trust the sellers information. I bought the large and I think it was misrepresented, otherwise its beautiful
