Finally a resolution without using harsh chemicals.

So I when this came I turned it on/off and tried to trigger it by holding it in my a hand and hitting something. It didn’t trigger the counter. When I placed it on the CO2 canister and triggered it on my trap it registers immediately. This is good enough for me to trust the hit count even when other animals run off with the animal that triggered it!

Used it last night on the deck, only caught 2. Still had to swat a couple. Jury still out.
