It's new but
It was a little more difficult to get together...especially with someone impatient but the kids love it

Worst product ever!
We got this product last year because Santa Claus brought it. My daughter is only eight and throughout this past year she’s probably only use his trampoline 10 to 15 times. Her and her cousins got on it last night to jump and realized that the entire right side of the trampoline is completely broken to the point that they could’ve gotten seriously injured if one of them fell through. This product is awful I cannot believe it didn’t even make it a year and it’s falling apart the way it is it has been kept in good shady conditions with very little use and the dangers that it opposed are absolutely disgusting. I contacted the seller and we’ll see what they’ll do. Because this is a huge safety concern at this trampoline falls apart this easily.

Rickety and not durable
Bought in May 2020, so of course we overpaid for it, but whatever. We needed something to occupy those days during lockdown. This was a pain to assemble, but once it was together it seemed OK even with the rickety sound we got right from the beginning. The safety net never did assemble completely together, but it was enough to surround the mat. Now, 2 years later after normal use by only 1 child, the straps on one side have completely ripped and its unusable. This sat in the shade most of the day and I wouldn't say it was exposed to extreme weather. Now that the price is lower, we are considering just trashing this one and buying something else rather than getting the mat repaired. What a waste!
