Relieves trapped wind.
I have diverticular disease and they help with the pain on my left hand side. I find by taking one in the morning after food and after the evening meal works best for me.....helps with a lot of trapped wind I get!!

Strong wind
Been taking a week, and I have more potent wind than before. Supposed to take these 3 times a day, but found actually gave me wind all day. Won't be buying again, not working for me. A peppermint tea works better.

IBS Support
I’ve been struggling with IBS for years and was getting to the point that my prescribed meds weren’t as effective as they used to be. My dr recommended peppermint oil tablets and loperamide tablets - honesty, game changer! Pros - IBS is far more controlable, barely any symptoms, far less flare ups. Cons - have to take them every day. I would recommend trying them if you have IBS, they’ve really changed my health.

Does the opposite of helping
I don’t know what’s wrong with this product, instead of making me feel better it’s making my stomach hurt. I only took one pill a day not even three. Either I end up burping peppermint or I’m literally pooping it out leaving me burning and stinging down there. Its coating does not seem to be enteric, it’s bursting in the wrong places.

Produkt verursacht bei mir Magenschmerzen und Durchfall. Liegt vermutlich am enthaltenem Sorbitol.
