Calla Collection Big Girls' Ribbon Embroidered Rose Flower Girl Communion Dress

I followed the advice of others and ordered a size down from what my daughter usually wears. We got the dress and it was too short. Came to her calf. We had to send it back and we are currently waiting on a size 8. That being said, the dress is gorgeous and might be a bit too fancy for my daughter's first communion but she loves it so we are going for it.

This dress is beautiful when my daughter tries it on and she loves it. The size fits her fairly good except the length is a bit longer than expected for my daughter but because she is not as tall as others so it is fine, we treat it as a longer style of dress. The style and the quality are high and it is made here in the USA. Bottom line it is a good purchase for us and maybe for you too!

After reading the one review about a girl that wears size 7/8 didn't fit in the size 8, I ordered the size 6. I did look for this company dress size chart through Google. I don't know why seller doesn't have on Amazon. I found it and the size6 was definitely what I needed. I also have been told that in formal wear that the normal size you wear is not the same in a dress. Anyway, the dress is beautiful and will be a great piece for her to hold onto.

I would've given this 5 stars...except the sizing is off. We love this dress but it was too large (too long). We ordered the 8 initially but returned and it ordered a size 6 and it is perfect! My daughter usually wears a 8. The dress is wonderful and we are pleased, just the sizing is a bit off.

Overall this is a gorgeous dress and my daughter loves it. We did have to send one dress back because of a sewing defect on the first one we received. But the return process was easy and the company was very prompt. It does have random threads that will poke out but I imagine it's because of all the sewing that has to be done to make the rose design. Overall I'm happy with the dress and it looks beautiful on my daughter.

This is a BEAUTIFUL dress. The material is great - very soft. The skirt has a bit of a petticoat so expect a mild fullness to the skirt. Order true to the DRESS size. My daughter wears a 8 in pants and street clothes (she is 8yrs) and I ordered the 6 as recommended. The size 6 fits perfect. Very well made and I would recommend this.

I bought this dress with the recommendations that were posted in mind - my daughter usually wears a size 8 and most people said this dress fit large so I got a size 6 and it fit perfectly. My daughter loved the dress but we were sad that there was a problem with the sleeve - it was pulling out of the seam. We sent it back requesting a replacement but were refunded instead.

Beautiful dress. My daughter loves it. It does run a bit big. She is 8 and about 49" tall and has a little stomach. She has a lot of room. The sashe in the back ties to adjust waist. The dress comes all the way ro the floor. We bought her 1" shoes which helped. Absolutely beautiful and modest and a great value for the price.
