These are delicious! I discovered these while on a road trip - we stopped at one of the service areas and I saw these and immediately said "yes" once I saw the nutrition information. My husband and I devoured the bag. When we got home, I ordered the 8 pack/1oz bags. They are the perfect portion and I eat them plain, dipped with tuna or egg salad. I am not sure what some of these reviews are carrying on about. These chips are delicious and I am so glad I found them .

I'm 65y and I've been cooking from scratch all my life, and still do. I never cut fat or skin off my meat. I simmer chicken backs, necks, skin, fat, and organ meat for hours until the bones turn white. Then let it cool down, strain the broth, refrigerate overnight and peel off the fat. Then I freeze it to make homemade chicken soup for the cold and flu season. One bowl of broth helps soothe the soul and get back on your feet again. It's natural. It's hard to find these days, but I will buy chicken skin for the purpose of frying it and eating as a snack. While trying to find a new source of chicken skins, I came across Flock's Keto Chicken Skin Chips. So I bought a case of eight, 1oz package of chips to give them a try. The chicken skin has been cut into smallish pieces and fried to a golden brown. The first thing I had to do was salt them. They are crisp like a potato chip, but not as hard as pork cracklins. However, I was sorely disappointed to find that the skins have been fried too long and have a light burnt taste to them. I opened a second bag and found them to be in the same condition. The price is too high for the size of package and the quality is not worth the wait. So my search for chicken skins continues.

They have a great flavor, just the right amount of crunch and I'm wondering why there were reviews saying they had no flavor or that they smelled bad? I'm a picky person and I love them. It's so hard to find comfort food that doesn't wreck my blood sugar but I believe this is the answer.

I got the Original flavor, in Dec 2022, after seeing these in a FB ad. These are pretty good... I love everything about them except for two things - They taste a lot like burned oil to me. They're expensive. Those 2 things alone would prevent me from re-buying.... The packaging and advertising is very well done, and seems great... I really like the bag art. It seemed that the sizes of the chips varied too much. A few were big bite-size pieces, but a lot were small-sized crumbs and seeming like a giant waste of time for little payback. Some of the pieces were folded over each other and seemed under-cooked or mushy with oil when consumed. It was cute that they added their story to the bag.

I think it’s a bit overpriced and there’s not much flavor. But quality and packaging were good. I would try the flavored ones instead.

I was so excited to finally try these... as someone who really enjoys crispy chicken skin! What a letdown. I don't know if it was just this batch or..? I purchased the 8 -1oz bag box. Some of the chip-skins were crispy, but most were stale. They left a really bad greasy film and bitter aftertaste on my lips and mouth. I assumed I wouldn't get much in each bag (1oz), but all 8 bags combined (mostly broken crumbs) - you couldn't fill a normal bag of chips. At approximately $3.62 per bag ($29 total) - not worth it. I hope they perfect this product - it's a great idea for snack consumers like me. Oh well.

Terrible! The product comes well packaged, so I can’t understand why there are just crumbs. The pieces look nothing like they’re pictured. So disappointed! Not even as good as pork rinds, and that’s not saying much. And they’re greasy with no real flavor. Absolute garbage. They might be ok as pet snacks. Might. If you hate cats and dogs.

These are very good for snacking, nice change from chips.
