Great flavor.
Love the flavor. Real chicken skins fried crispy. They are delicious. If you have never tried them you need to. They are a great snack without the guilt and provides necessary protein to build muscle.

Too fried for my tastes
I'm 65y and I've been cooking from scratch all my life, and still do. I never cut fat or skin off my meat. I simmer chicken backs, necks, skin, fat, and organ meat for hours until the bones turn white. Then let it cool down, strain the broth, refrigerate overnight and peel off the fat. Then I freeze it to make homemade chicken soup for the cold and flu season. One bowl of broth helps soothe the soul and get back on your feet again. It's natural. It's hard to find these days, but I will buy chicken skin for the purpose of frying it and eating as a snack. While trying to find a new source of chicken skins, I came across Flock's Keto Chicken Skin Chips. So I bought a case of eight, 1oz package of chips to give them a try. The chicken skin has been cut into smallish pieces and fried to a golden brown. The first thing I had to do was salt them. They are crisp like a potato chip, but not as hard as pork cracklins. However, I was sorely disappointed to find that the skins have been fried too long and have a light burnt taste to them. I opened a second bag and found them to be in the same condition. The price is too high for the size of package and the quality is not worth the wait. So my search for chicken skins continues.

Like pork rinds, only better!
If you are trying to avoid carbs and you are craving crunchy chips, these will become your go-to! If you love fried chicken but have too much guilt about eating the skin/breading, these are the answer. I'm doing keto, and these are the perfect guilty pleasure -- but without the guilt. They are delicious, crunchy, crispy, and they don't taste like they could possibly be good for you! But they have ZERO carbs. These are also surprisingly filling, although I think they need to come in a larger size (the bags are tiny). I honestly can't get enough of them. I subscribe to them directly through Flock, but have had to supplement with additional purchases on Amazon. They get me through the hunger and cravings of the afternoon/evening without sabotaging my keto diet. Thank you thank you thank you, Flock, for inventing this amazing product. (The only thing I'd ask is that you start to make them in an animal oil, rather than soybean -- or at least offer different oil options -- so that people eating carnivore/avoiding soy can eat them too.)

Good taste. Quantity in each bag is less ratio’d than chips in a bag.
Came across this brand at World Market when I was traveling and fell in love. It was a bigger bag. I was craving more so I wanted order from online. I saw the reviews and figured I’d give the benefit of the doubt. Biggest problem is not just the size of the bags, but the filling of the bag. If you think Lays potato chip bags are bad, this is worse. For the price you pay for the bags, it’s not really worth it. Much of the crisps were already crushed by the time it got to me so it was like eating powdered chips. Very unfortunate. I fulfilled my craving, but I don’t see myself ordering online ever again.

Good quality. Crunchy.
I think it’s a bit overpriced and there’s not much flavor. But quality and packaging were good. I would try the flavored ones instead.

What A Letdown
I was so excited to finally try these... as someone who really enjoys crispy chicken skin! What a letdown. I don't know if it was just this batch or..? I purchased the 8 -1oz bag box. Some of the chip-skins were crispy, but most were stale. They left a really bad greasy film and bitter aftertaste on my lips and mouth. I assumed I wouldn't get much in each bag (1oz), but all 8 bags combined (mostly broken crumbs) - you couldn't fill a normal bag of chips. At approximately $3.62 per bag ($29 total) - not worth it. I hope they perfect this product - it's a great idea for snack consumers like me. Oh well.

Greasy and tasteless
These Chicken Strip Chips taste like crap. They’re greasy and smell funny (& not in a funny way). I ate 1 bag and was very disappointed. I waited a bit to see if my taste buds weren’t right and tried them again… same reaction.
