| Serving Recommendation | Maximuscle Promax Lean comes in the iconic 980g black tub which is 100% recyclable. This blend of protein powder is easily mixed. To give you a convenient protein shake that is ideally taken after your work-out. It can also be used throughout the day to increase your protein intake. There are 28 servings in each tub; taking two servings per day each tub will last two weeks. For one serving, mix one level scoop (35g) with 250-300ml of water in a Maximuscle shaker. Unfortunately to me they have changed the flavour on maxi I'm sure but this is probably the best flavour you will get I've had to switch brands now

Pretty good taste
I have to say I generally find premixed protein shakes have a better texture and powders rarely taste as good. However, this is quite nice, makes a nice thick shake that's quite sweet. I don't get a buzz from the caffeine, but it does help muscle building combined with targeted weight training, and is much lower in calories than other lines. The packaging has changed since I last used Promax Lean, but it's just as good. The only criticism is it's quite expensive and if you're taking the recommended 2 portions a day it'll only last two weeks (but good protein shakes are always pricey).
