Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, 256GB, Space Grey (Renewed)

Ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max in excellent condition. What can I say , arrived 2 days earlier then expected delivery company paid for special signed for next day delivery , very well packaged , phone looks like new not a mark on it , battery percentage 93% which is brilliant , included with phone was a new usb charger , fast charge plug and premium quality screen protector . For a refurbished phone it’s excellent and would purchase again from these guys . Well done and thank you .

Bought the acceptable and it was like brand new no scratches and no problems with the phone.

Pros:- The phone arrived in great condition. No visible scratches.- Battery was at 85% full life the day I turned it on. Everything so far seems to be in working state.- Face recognition works, camera(s) seem to be working ok.- I have not had a change to stop by an official iPhone/Apple store to ask them to check things, but at first usage and glance, it all seems great. Battery life is ok too. 1 day of constant usage approx. Cannot complain. - I think it's very good value for money.Cons:1. There was an issue with the order as the product was advertised as "coming with phone, charger, and charging cable" but as photos show, the charger was not included. A refund for the charger cost was provided by the seller for this mistake after an extended period of back and forth.2. No protection for the phone during travel was included (as shown in the photo). Just a small box with the phone taped to it. The outside of the box did say 'Fragile', but who knows the damage caused during travel as delivery people may not respect the fragility request. No bubblewrap or anything inside the box.3. Delivery for iPhone was tracked and required signature, but delivery person just left it outside my door. Cannot blame the seller for this, but was annoying for me as the buyer considering the cost of the product and the fact that on my Amazon account it said it had been delivered and signed for, when I was not home.

Second hand phones get far too little credit, especially when bought from sellers that aren’t all that big. But the service and quality from this seller was something else.I’ve never heard of this seller before, but reading reviews and checking other products sold by them put me at ease, and I can’t say it was misplaced one bit.The phone arrived a day early in a neat little environmentally friendly box, only the smallest of scratches on the back, which I couldn’t for the life of me complain about when I got it for £450 cheaper than otherwise. Checked out the battery condition and it was at 98%. Maybe I was lucky, but this phone is in next to perfect condition.I’m very chuffed with this purchase and the seller, even if the charger (supposedly apple) is absolute crap, who were exceedingly generous (well, if you’re going by apples overpriced standards) with the price of this renewed phone.Props and cheers. This’ll last until at least iPhone 14 and when that time comes I’m definitely hoping this seller is still in business.

Unfortunately this phone escaped the scrutiny, it did look ok at first but then froze , just one of those things but then you have to send it back so package and post them refund up to a week after they received it. Well that’s just inconvenient I’m afraid when you sent a faulty phone, I need a phone so got one from giffgaff already have it up and running , sorry Amazon rare to be fair but definitely a fail on this one

It is very good looking handset,no visible scratches anything like that.Will see as I start to use it.

The phone arrived promptly, it looks in very good condition and so far we have set it up without problem. It has been only 2 days but very pleased with this purchase. Great seller.
