Annua as described by seller or vulgaris as on the bottle. I am confused because they are different. What is it?

My bottle was labeled mugwort (artemisia vulgaris a (aerial). I presume there are different varieties or species of mugwort; artemisia vulgaris is what is in this product and nothing more. You can research the varieties of this plant easily online or at a decently stocked public library.

What kind of plastic is the container made of what recycle number does it have?
