Way too much sugar! 180 calories per 1/4 cup is due to the added high sugar content. The passion fruit flavor is strong and the mixture is thick but since it is almost 800 calories per cup, I would not purchase it again. If it was natural it wouldn't be more than 200 calories per cup. It arrived at room temp so it spoiled quickly even though I refrigerated it.

I use this in cocktails. I froze the puree into individual ice cubes and when I want to make a drink I use one per drink. Very tasty.

Husband and I enjoyed a couple of exotic, tropical, delicious Passion Fruit cocktails last night at dinner - Tequila, Ruby Red juice, fresh squeezed lime juice and Passion Fruit Puree from Finest Call, well shaken and served over ice... and it was so delightful, I thought I was on vacation! We rimmed the glasses with lime and powdered sugar for a softly sweet hit with every sip and also added a tad more of the puree than the recipe called for, to kick the flavor up a notch. My first time using this product, and I was pleased. It has a nice passion fruit forward flavor, with a secondary taste of apricot. It is the right sweetness (not too sweet) and is thick enough to add a bit of richness to the cocktail. I plan on having another tonight!
