Will they fit the cooler master Q300L?

I just looked on Google for you. It looks like it will hold all three 120mm fans. I couldn't find the actually specs of the "cooler master Q300L",but I'm pretty sure they will fit. Hope this helps.

Can you hook these up to the h115i led control module? i would assume so but misplaced the manual.

you can use the fan on it. but you can't plug the ARGB header on the control. i believe the corsair control have a different header. if you have a ARGB header on the motherboard use that. if you don't have a header use the ARGB controller that came with the fans.

Will it work with the msi b550 a pro?

Look at the MSI b550A Pro users manual or technical specs. If it has ARGB (3-pin/5V) connectors, then these fans will work. Most modern MoBos do have 3 pin ARGB. Or, you can use the included ARGB controller to control the fans. I like the connector clips they include to ensure the connection is secure. If you've ever used a 3-pin or 4 pin RGB connector, it's just a round peg in a round hole. No kind of retention clip or strain relief. I have bought at least 8 of these fans, and 1 made a rubbing sound out of the box. Simple return to Amazon.

Will these work and be mobo controlable with an asus mobo with only an rgb header?

No. ARGB must be controlled with an ARGB header. You can use the included dongle controller for the ARGB In this 3 pack, but you won't be able to use Aura without an ARGB header on an Asus motherboard. CM-PNguyen
