A few blattant physics errors and other typos
I like the idea of listening to this content and to take advantage of the spoken explanations. However it says that :- The Coriolis force effect is "isolated on the Northern hemisphere only"... wrong, physics applies symmetrically on a symmetrical problem.- The Coriolis force is "always equal to wind speed"... wrong, a force and a speed can no more be equal that a length and a voltage can be equal. I think he meant "Proportional".

Great final prep for your check ride
Combined this with the audio book for the ultimate final prep for the practical exam. A great final prep tool and review for sure. Definitely my main go to for the final 10-14 days before my exam and helped me rock it. Good luck on your journey to private pilot and your exam!

Ought to be withdrawn from market
I purchased this book as well as Michael D. Hayes' similar text, in preparation for my oral exam. I read both, cover-to-cover. Please buy Mr. Hayes' book instead. Here is why: Jason Schappert is an expert communicator. I've viewed dozens of his YT videos and his are among the best available. So imagine my shock upon finding content errors, astonishing omissions, incorrect grammar, awkward syntax, poor word selections, capitalization errors, formatting mistakes and overall absence of proof reading by the author. Some passages read so poorly that it seems as if they were written by a 7th grader, or by somebody incompletely through the process of learning English as a second language.I was planning on describing 20 representative examples, mostly from the last chapter, but don't want this critical review declined for showing them. Hopefully Mr. Schappert will carefully read every sentence in his book and rewrite all those necessitating such. Or if too busy, pay a college graduate student majoring in English literature to do that for him. Since probably no English Lit grad students are also instrument pilots, he should seek appropriate help with proof reading for content. The edition I received is dated January 2023, FYI. Avoid.OK, here is one of the astonishing omissions. If your airplane is in a nose-high unusual attitude, what will your instruments indicate? The single most important one is not mentioned in Mr. Schappert's answer to this question. Page 125, Jason.
