I have been following Natalie for years primarily because of her workouts (which are awesome!). I did the 5 day quick reset with her in March and haven't looked back. This book is the perfect next step for me.Natalie's approach and personality is a perfect blend of support, encouragement, truth and tough love that will promote growth on any health journey you are on. You will hear new ideas and approaches that make sense and you will see results if you follow her guidance.She delivers everything needed to succeed with any amount of weight loss or becoming healthier. Natalie addresses the missing piece first- the mindset, the mental chatter and the tools to change both of those. This was imparitive for me to make the changes I needed and has transcend to other areas of my life.Natalie keeps the nutrition simple and breaks it down in a way that you understand and can apply it to other situations and stays with you. Most importantly, eating this way is realistic! I can follow these guidelines every day and not feel deprived. I have numerous food sensitivities and this nutrition program was so easy to adapt to my food limitations.The workouts are versatile, low impact and completely doable no matter how busy, hectic or scattered your life is.I highly recommend this book and have to many friends and family. It is worth every single penny.

-- On of the hardest things sometimes is sifting through all the information on how to feed our bodies and minds correctly. Natalie gives a full mind and body approach to treating ourselves right and getting healthy! I am a 100% believer in her approach and am super excited to see the results in my life. I will say that everything I have watched her say, or read from her is simply amazing! She is a Champion for Women! She remind's us what we say and do (both internally and outwardly) affect not only ourselves but our fellow women (Positively and/or Negatively), and in the process help us with our decision to DECIDE.... This is by far the best I have seen out there and commend you (Natalie Jill) on all you are doing for everyone you touch! This book had changed my life!
This book has changed my life! I am a 46 year old personal trainer who is starting to go through Menopause. Because of some recent injuries, and making excuses, I have gained some weight. This book helped me lose all my excuses and find my results! NATALIE is very motivating! My recommendation to anyone who is going to buy this book is to not skip over any pages. I am making a lot of changes in my life so it is taking me longer than 10 days but I am committed to this process. I am changing my lifestyle!I have never felt better mentally and physically. I am not bloated anymore and I finally feel that I am in control of my life!

Great plan for getting out of Quarantine - I am ready!
After all the comfort food and overdosing on carbs, this book offers a great plan for my June 2020. Not only does this book have amazing recipes for 10 days, it also offers advice on supplements and how to break bad habits. I also enjoyed reading about my "state" (mindset) and knowing my "why" to want to lose weight and developing my vision. Overall, this is a fun read that gives you some great basics on leveling up your overall health.This book will stay in my kitchen for a while!

This an amazing book
Aging in Reverse is an amazing book. Natalie takes you step by step how to age in reverse.How to get out of your own way and own your life and have all of you dreams come true to have the life you want.I found this book to very informative and it made rethink a lot of things. Aging in reverse has truly helped me see myself and my life in a different light. I am now working towards my goals, changing the language i tell myself.Thank you Natalie for Aging in Reverse, 7 Day Jump Start and also the FBR training. Decide to buy this book! You need it.
So excited to have Natalie’s new book! I bought her first book Unprocess Your Diet, and I loved her message so much that I joined one of her Full Body Reset private groups. Natalie is inspirational, smart, adorable, and full of expertise in state of mind, fitness, and nutrition based on her own life. She does it all with excitement and a kindness about her that makes you want to be around her. I have been following Natalie for several years and the information in this book is invaluable. A MUST read!

The Key is Natalie's Transformation Triangle!
1st of all CONGRATULATIONS to Natalie Jill on her latest book! I have been looking forward to its release since she mentioned it months ago. Love how she introduces her newfound realization for her Transformation Triangle that is needed to have a unprocessed lifestyle. Each point of the triangle is important for your optimal success. Throughout the book she goes in to great detail about each tool and gives you the steps and basically shows her answers with us so we can begin our aging in reverse! Well written and easy to read!

Great book!
I liked that this book really focussed on mindset. So often there is a lack of balance between mindset, nutrition and exercise. This book has great balance and prioritizes the mindset as being the first change to make to see real lasting success. I loved the book and this plan is already working for me. Natalie has wonderful exercises and training for getting healthy first by changing the things we think which then affects each of the decisions we make. I highly recommend it for weight loss and overall health.

AWFUL PAPER USED !!!
Just arrived - seem easy to read.Lots of useful menopause info and ideas.DREADFUL - paper !!!I never leave reviews however having so wanted to read this book - am hating the feel of the cover and internal pages.Have just covered book in coloured paper so I do not have to feel the awful cover paper.Feels like cheap recycled badly recycled paper has been used!!! The price is not cheap - horrid production all together - thank goodness the contents are worth reading.

This is what we need to do
A very informative book. Would prefer it with some colour pictures for the recipes. This diet really works - it's not really a diet but the way we should all be viewing food
