Speedy delivery. Comes in a nice lil bag. Only used it for 30 minutes on the treadmill and the sweat was drippin!!..Good quality belt 👌💯 nice fit too. Regarding reviews saying it don't stick properly and don't make you sweat...obviously aren't using it right - the velcro is super sticky and if ya doing ya workout right then you will certainly get a sweat on while wearing this belt 😜 I'm impressed with it 👌💯🏃‍♀️

I bought this waist belt because the waist belt that i used to use was of poor quality and did little to help me sweat. After buying this product i have seen an increase in the amount i sweat and it is so easy to clean. If you are looking to sweat more or lose weight i would definitely recommend.

Just what I was looking for! I had another waist trimmer (sweat belt) for years but it started to fall apart so I took a chance on this based on online reviews. It fits great, stays in place no slipping off. I work up a great sweat when I wear this during my workouts. I am seeing results already!!

It is very comfortable and makes you sweat a lot I advice doing regular home exercises or wear it daily for best result. I would also advice getting a size medium if ur are a size 12 - 14 just to get that nice tight snug fit but overall it’s very very comfortable and painless it does the job .
