do these have lenses ?

Yes, they have Lenses. The ones that come with most costumes, do not.

what is the strap like? Does it go all the way around the head? Is it stretchy? OR are they just like regular glasses - behind the ear?

They are just like regular glasses. More fit for a child’s head vs adult.

Could these be worn over prescription glasses?

I can't wear my glasses with them, they're simply too snug.
