Will loosen/move around on rough ground...
I like these but wish they stayed put. I have to tighten with Allen Wrench regularly. Keep on out in garage to tighten before I start my ride.

This has been working great! I have an electra bike and needed a mirror to see my baby in the trailer behind as well as potential oncoming cars. I haven't noticed any glare so far and it was easy enough to install

Constantly gets loose on Ebikes
I've had these for about 9 months now and they were great for the first 1-2 months or so.. Then I started to notice how they gradually were getting loose overtime as I road my ebike. At first, I found myself tightening them every couple days. At around the 3 month point, I pretty much now have to tighten these EVERY RIDE. And sometimes I have to stop during my ride just to tighten them. It's a bummer because the quality is great but they just get so loose now to the point where I don't use them anymore out of frustration. Gonna get something that actually stays put.

Defective Venzo bike mirror and no way to contact Venzo
This frame of my Venzo bike mirror broke spontaneously during a gently bike ride and Venzo offers no way to contact them to replace their defective product.
