CarharttMen's Loose Fit Heavyweight Short-Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt (Also Available in Big & Tall)

I have been buying this very shirt for my husband for many years. They fit as they should and don't fade. My husband tends to get his shirts rather dirty; food or whatever. If the stain doesn't come out with the first washing I apply Dawn dish soap, turn the shirt inside out - throw it in the washer (cold water) and they look like new. So my husband's wardrobe is either these shirts or dress shirts. One last note - my husband wears 3XL tall so stores seldom had this size in stock which is why I started ordering them thru Amazon. Amazon almost always has this size in stock. In the rare case that they don't, I get the shirts only a few days later. Very satisfied customer.

I have other Carhartt clothes and these are as expected. They have many colors and look good. They arrived a bit baggier than expected. For a skinny guy it is not the best look but if they're for work then it isn't a big deal, you might even prefer that for safety reasons. I bought these for my son who is a rough and tumble guy. These shirts really do stand up to a lot of washings, and are just plain durable. If you have a teen or even an adult that is rough on clothes, I can highly recommend these shirts. This is all we buy for him now when it comes to t-shirts.

obviously, the black one is the XL. when they say loose fit, they're not joking. I usually wear XXL. Way too big. So I got an XL. It fits better. I have a bit of a gut, long torso, broad shoulders. if I lost about 20 pounds, I bet the large would fit fine. so I guess choose the size by how you want this to fit. The large would fit right now, but it would be form fitting and not too attractive.

the material is great and it is very heavy duty! great for work, casual dress, or going out!for those looking for a looser fit get your exact size, I would not size up! if you want it a little looser but not baggy, then you can size down!I usually wear between large and XL, I got a medium and its loose on me but just the right amount!

Very nice shirt but runs really big. I would say go down a size unless you just want a really baggy look. Normally wear a 2x and needed to buy an XL in this

There was a mistake during ordering, I got a large and normally wear an extra large, but this fit me perfectly. Don't know much about the wrinkle free, durability & stain resistance as I've only tried it on for fit.

If you're between a size L and XL and every brand you've tried has size L too small and XL size too big after a couple of times through the washer and dryer, then these are for you.Not to mention the heavy, durable, well-constructed and "colors don't fade quickly" traits we've come to expect of Carhartt. 5 STAR, STELLAR.

Habia comprado hace unas semanas una talla XL, aun a pesar de leer todas las resenas advirtiendome que venia muy amplia, y pidiera una L, lo ignore.En efecto la talla XL, viene muuuuuuy sobrada, Incluso siendo gordo acostumbrado a las XL en lo general ( 100kg / 1.69 cms) siento que viene demasiado amplia, tengo que fajarmela de otra forma parezco cholo en domingo..2ndo intento, compre una L, de largo todo bien, pero viene un poco mas limitada de los costados por el pecho, asi que tienes esa sensacion de que no te queda tan bien.Mucho texto: Si eres gordo que usa XL normalmente, no te vayas por la L pensando que venceras el sistema (roto) de tallas, no lo hagas! o tendras una sensacion de que aprieta (aun que realmente no aprieta, solo es el snetimiento de que esta mas pegada al cuerpo)Salu-2 mis gordos del mundo

Sizing is clearly in American standards. The large I received was comparable to a XXL. I am 6’1 and 190lbs, when I tried on the shirt, it was down to my knee caps sleeves rest beyond my elbow. Also found it suspicious that there were no tags on the shirt- is it authentic? Who knows, can’t wear it anyways.Will wait to wear this shirt until baggy clothes become the trend again- or I’ll regift to a larger person.

Big fan or Carhartt. I love every product of theirs that I own. I am only putting this rating up to hopefully have someone investigate a potential product issue. I believe that a bunch of 3XL shirts in black were mislabelled or some other defect. I have initiated a return for this product. If you check the picture I uploaded the grey shirt is a normal 3XL, the black shirt is also labelled as 3XL, but you'll notice it is significantly smaller. Another review commented with the same issue, so I would be wary of ordering this shirt in black until this issue is solved and the erroneous products are replaced. I own a bunch of Carhartt items in this size and the Carhartt Mens Big & Tall Workwear Pocket Short-Sleeve T-Shirt Original Fit K87 has been the only one way off in size, which leads me to believe there is a mislabel. Great T-shirt very roomy I got it to wear around the house & as a nightshirt, the only downside is it doesn’t seem to be as heavyweight material as the one I got last year. Not sure if the material has changed, never the less it’s very comfy I suggest going down 2 sizes if you want it to be fitted or get the slimmer fitting ones.
