How do these compare to sugarbear sleep gummies?

They will ease you into a natural like sleep but I do suggest finding the lavender and chamomile flavor because these taste terrible!!

How much valerian root is actually in this? I see 230mg of it mixed with other ingredients, but what about valerian root itself?

Do the gummies have a green sparkle to them?

It appears more white to me than green. More like a lite dusting of sugar or something to keep the gummies from sticking together in the bottle. A good nights sleep is what I am looking for. It works!
