Traveled like crazy with this for a couple years. Two laptops, 2 days of work cloths, as my only carry on. Excellent product. I developed a zipper issue which was probably my doing. Bellroy sent me a new bag. Customer service responds in minutes.

I add a ton of reach for backpacks and everything I looked at told me that this is a great backpack. You will not go wrong with this backpack.

Ordered transit plus 38 liters, Receive some cheap bag that doesn’t look anything like the product photos but with labels showing it’s a the transit plus 38 liter backpack. Completely disappointed with Belroy around the experience, especially for the price. I expected much more out of a company that clams to be a an ethical b-corp.

This is not worth the investment. The zipper is hard to manage. The backpack doesn’t stay in your back. Straps lack support and there’s no easy way to balance the bag. I like my Tumi bag better and hate I didn’t return this item.

For years I’ve been looking for a backpack that:A) gives me easy and quick access to all my stuffB) has the right balance of big open spaces and compartments so that I can organize my stuff and everything has a placeC) looks stylish and expensive/high quality (a lot of the bags with lots of compartments look too nerdy or cheap)D) hooks onto a suitcaseThis bag has all of that. The moment I realized it’s the one is when I saw that there is a pocket for my laptop charger inside of the laptop compartment.On top of all that they are earth conscious and use recycled materials, yet you would never know. It feels super high quality. And it has leather accents in certain places to give it that expensive look. And it has this cool seal over the zippers such that when you zip it close, it covers the zipper, hiding it and making it more water resistant.
