Awesome product!!!
My wife wanted this for cooking plov (plof). This turned into a wonderful investment as the cast iron gets really hot and holds it's heat extremely well. Dinner tasted great. Be aware this DOES NOT have a flat bottom. If you have a gas cooktop then it's probably not a problem. We have a flat top induction cooktop so we can't use the pot inside. We have a gas cooktop outside so we use it there. I look forward to using this to cook chili in the fall

How large it really is!
This is a magnificent pot. It turned out to be measly a yard across. I donated it to our local kitchen

Quality cast
The inside surface is smooth and very consistent, but i still gave it some polishing. This is important because it will not rip up food that you're cooking, and the food is a lot less likely to stick to the surface and burn.

I really like the quality of this Kazan and how accurately it has been packed and delivered swiftly. It’s 5 stars ! I also ordered an oven for it (can be seen on my pics) so I’m going to have some Tashkent-style plov cooked this weekend ! :)

Incorrect Size Information
I bought this kazan, and overall it seems to be good quality. However, the product dimensions in the photos are incorrect. The listing shows a diameter of 21.5 inches, but the actual cooking diameter is only about 19 inches. Because of this, I ordered a stand based on the advertised size, and the kazan turned out to be too small for it. This is a major drawback if you’re trying to match the kazan with a stand. Please provide accurate dimensions in the product listing to avoid misleading customers.

Do not buy! Bad quality.
Oxidizes really bad. Leaves zesty taste to your food. Plus rusts constantly. I would recommend Amazon to quality check on this item, ensuring compliance with regulations.
