So far so good
Made a strawberry lemonade cider, used 1/2oz in 1.5 gallons of cider, 1.5 lbs of starberries with Lutra yeast. took two weeks taste is great. Bottled and waiting to try it carbonated.

It takes about a week to break it down completely but it is good stuff. It seemed like the bigger pellets had a stronger taste. I thought the brewers gold had a comparable taste to some micro brews I have had before.
