Fits good
Perfect.
User
Better than I expected
Actually works pretty good but for small brained people like me, it doesn’t get as tight as I might prefer but being able to switch orientations and comfort is definitely worth the buy.

The ratchet set up is cheap first time wearing it ...
The ratchet set up is cheap first time wearing it and it skipped teeth and wouldn't get tight enough to keep my hard hat on my head. And every time I fix the skipped tooth problem it happens again and again
User
Convenient product, but doesn’t fit well.
This is super convenient when or if you wanna wear your hard hat backwards or forwards, but the adjustment strap doesn’t sit nearly as well as the included harness that comes with the hard hat. It’s honestly kinda annoying, and it fell off my head a few times when bent down. Needs to have a remodel.

It does swing easily
Sits high not very snug unless you’re looking to give yourself a headache.
