Works with Wink
I ordered this from Amazon Warehouse Deals seller. I've only had it for a couple of days and will update if I have any problems with it. I was able to add it to my Wink hub and it works as it should to turn on and off. It only covers 1 plug in a duplex outlet so that is good. It also has an always on outlet on the unit so you don't "lose" a plug by plugging this in, you actually gain a plug. The button on the front is for adding it to your network and also provides local control to turn the controlled plug off and on.

got a substitution
Ended up with a Nortek GoControl PS15EMZ5-1. The only thing that is the same is the "GoControl" title. The Nortek unit does not have the extra unswitched AC outlet.Decided to use it anyway. Wish I hadn't since it stopped working after just a few months.

Works fine with HomeSeer.
Works exactly as it is supposed to - added device to Z-Wave network easily, device response to polls and commands from HomeSeer 3..
