Poor heat output!
We like the look of this unit and it was simple to install. We are however disappointed in the heater portion of the unit.The heat output is at the top of the unit and the blower fan is terrible. The heat comes out to about 3” and just rises to the ceiling. So if you think your going to set in front of the fire and get warm; think again!I reached out to Napoleon and the first person thought it wasn’t working correctly but after she spoke to technical service they said it is working as designed. 🤔

service staff need to learn how to handle issue.only saying serial no like auto replying machine.If you're just going to say the same thing over and over,why even have someone in customer service?You might as well just set up an automated response system.

Was building an entertainment system in my family room so bought this electric fireplace. Looks great and heat output is good

Good electric fireplace for the money. Instructions are impossible and not clear on how to install the glass once set in place. It said to bend flat the metal pieces on the glass which is not easy and scary so that the glass doesn’t break. Overall happy with delivery and the quality of the fireplace. Also did not receive the correct model which showed blue and red for flames. I received white and orange.
