Mrs Barrett Union Jack Scarf 5ft (Made in The U.K 100% Acrylic

From the glowing reviews here, I was expecting more. It's a nice scarf, but not as close to perfect as the photo. Maybe I'm being too demanding because I began my search for a scarf by searching for one that wasn't made in China. Handmade + UK sounded great to me, like those famous Dualit toasters (which used to be solely made there).It is a warm scarf, and I love the length. It does look strong, like it's going to last a long time without fraying. After some brief correspondence with the vendor I decided to keep it despite early misgivings, and I'm glad I did.

I ordered this quite sometime ago and used it all last winter. It was much longer than I had originally thought which worked out wonderful for me since I am 6'3" tall. The construction is extremely nice. The knitting is tight and tassels are all even. Not only is it nice warm and well constructed but, it also has a very cool factor. I snagged it twice on my coat hook and yet even after two snags I did not manage to damage this scarf.

Looks nice, however the trim looks like it going to fall off. This looks factory made. And it was supposed to be home made.

It was a gift for my great niece, she loves it.It arrived earlier than expected and I was able to give it to her before she went to London.

This scaf is a Christmas gift to a dear friend.

My wife loved this! No complaints.
