One of my best kitchen products I have bought Great job of juicing lemons and limes but oranges need to be cut smaller. Ease of use. Like the flat base of juicer helps me to save the pressure on my fingers as I have arthritis. Easy to wash in dishwasher and store. Good value for money.

Best lemon press I’ve ever tried. It’s well made and should last a long time. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I use it every day. I love that it’s flat and can sit on the counter without flipping; you can just press down on it using your body’s weight. It doesn’t squirt like other squeezers and I love that it has a separate juice cup with easy pour spout.

Needed to replace a metal one I was using because the paint was chipping off in the dishwasher. Should have ditched it right off that bat. This one is part plastic part metal. Well made and easy for my kid to use on her own. The juice is squeezed and remains in the reservoir until you are ready to tip it over and out. It's win!

I compared performance of "Chef'n FreshForce Lime Juicer, 12-inches" [CH] and "KitchenAid Citrus Juice Press Squeezer for Lemons and Limes with Seed Catcher and Pour Spout, Lemon, 8 inches" [KA]. Maximum dimensions (L, W, H, bowl inner diameter, in centimeters): CH 24 7 6.7 6.4 KA 22 9 5.4 7.3 Neither juicer can be taken apart in any way. Mechanical gain: CH's gear mechanism gives it slightly more than a 2:1 mechanical gain, however the location of the center of the cup further from the main hinge reduces its mechanical gain by 0.8 relative to KA, for an overall mechanical gain of 1.6. The CH configuration also allows the presser to come down in a more parallel fashion, giving a more uniform squeeze across the lime, though I can't say I noticed any benefit from this. I applied a bit of food-grade silicone grease to CH's gears, which made it smoother to open and close, though it likely makes little difference when actually squeezing a lime. Squeezing of juice: I cut a large lime in two halves vertically, so that the two halves were identical. Fitting the half into CH required pushing in the two ends a bit, easily done. Both juicers squeezed out 13 to 14 grams, making them equal in juice extraction. CH may have squeezed out a tiny bit more. KA's press has 12 grooves, like in a reamer for a hand-juicer where the fruit half is rotated around the reamer. This actually reduces the juice extraction slightly. If you rotate the rind by 1/24th of a turn after pressing it, you can press it again to get a few more drops of juice. Handling: Both juicers require a considerable amount of force to get the two handles to meet with a half-lime in the press. KA offers the advantage that it can be placed on a counter, and you can use your full weight applied on the wide upper handle. This is beause KA has a built-in bowl to catch all the juice. CH has to be held over a cup, so you have to rely on your grip strength for the squeeze, with a narrower handle that is only 80% as wide as KA's handle. While squeezing, KA's plastic frame distorts noticeably, while CH's plastic frame remains perfectly rigid. Overall: If you prefer to place the juicer on a counter and put your weight on it, KA is your choice. CH works just as well, but requires a lot of grip strength. CH also has a more solid frame, which doesn't bend under pressure.

We use this daily for our lemon / olive oil shots. Great squeezer for the most part, occasionally we will have a leak but we better understand now when to pour before continuing to squeeze. Gets lots of juice out of our lemons and is heavyduty. Easy to clean.

I started cooking more after getting a home cooking delivery service, and I started using fresh lemons a lot more. I also started getting lemon seeds into food a lot more. I got one of these to eliminate that issue and it worked like a charm. You can put pretty much up to a half lemon (or other citrus) into it and it will juice it no problem. I like that it juices it into a separate compartment underneath where you actually put the lemon so you can easily pour the juice into your food. It's also easy to clean - you can put it in the dishwasher if you want. Very easy to use and makes cooking with citrus a lot easier!

I've had many lemon squeezers over the years. A few have been flimsy, most have been okay, but this one beats them all. It's strong, and the little strainer is effective, and the best part of all is that it sits on the counter so you only have to press down--no grip strength needed. I love it when a good brand makes a good product.
