Winsor & Newton Eclipse Brush-Round #4

This brush is so helpful when a lot of detail is required in your painting. I paint with oils and so many of my projects have a lot of small areas that need a 0 round and this brush is great for that.

I was very disappointed to receive this paint brush today. The bristles were bent and frayed. This is a small size brush for detail work but with frayed bristles it will be impossible to get good clean detailed lines. I will keep it in my stash of paint brushes for the grandkids to use

Beautiful artist brush, but it had a messed up tip that looks like it may have already been used if not it was put into its packaging wrong and was not as nice as my other Winsor and Newton artist brushes

I would be impressed with this brush but it constantly losses hairs and is ruining my paintings. I will NEVER buy a brush from this brand again.

I got to try this courtesy of Bzzagent. It's an okay brush, though the bristles very quickly became frayed. I used it in tandem with W&N watercolor pencils and it did the job. I'm not sure if I would say this is a super professional brush. I would be concerned about how it would work with, say, acrylic. For what it is, it's fine. Just not my favorite.

I bought this for my cousin who is a budding artist. He has not complained since - he is the one who researched these items so he knows it's a good quality. I have seen his work (paintings) and they are well done - the brushes are working well.

Worth the money. Very durable and thick fan brush. The best fan brush I own so far :)Very nice to use in my nature paintings and even for clouds and sky.

These are the best fan soft brushes I have ever used. Double thick! Easy to lay on lots of paint quickly, or to refine small areas with the touch of a tiny soft corner.

My favorite brushes ever. They will last a long time if used and cleaned properly
