Hi ~ in my opinion they are One size fits all They are numbered up to a 7 It’s the number I use. I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night. Note: the small end goes to the front. I’ve tried all brands and for me Tena is the best. I have MS and these Pads make my life better. I say get the 7 and try them. Go from there ~ you can go down if need be. For me they are the best. Amazon has them on my back porch no fail.

Wondering how well these stay in place when active like walking or running? Do they hold up well as the day goes along or fall apart?

They hold up very well, are absorbent, and they stay in place. I don’t run anymore, but do walk regularly and without any issues. I do recommend that you wear underwear that fits well and is not too big. I’m in the process of losing weight and I noticed that if my underwear does not fit correctly, there are some slight sagging problems.
