I made hazelnut coffee syrup with some of these. Delish.They are nicely roasted and have the perfect amount of salt. They are good to eat alone as well. They will be very tasty in my biscotti as well

Fresh hazelnuts with a light crunchy roast, not to mention delicious. I add these to brandy peppercorn sauce, toss a bunch into sauteed veggies, add a handful to a batch of steel-cut oats, throw some into a fruit salad, or eat just as snacks. Yum. I go through a lot of hazelnuts! But I buy the small bags because the fresher the better.
