Do these duckies float?

Yes, they floated very well for me! I was able to use them to play a game with about 10 toddlers and they floated without a problem!

Do they eyes have white or are they just black?

They look just like to picture with black and white eyes, at least they did when I bought them two years ago.

Where are these made?

Pretty much where everything else is made. The Covid-19 capitol of the world. I actually threw mine out when they arrived.
