Faulty, poor response from manufacturer.
Would lock ok, but would not unlock, key just jammed when trying to unlock. Had to resort to pulling locking bolt back with a screwdriver to gain access.Contacted manufacturer, finally got a message in the evening of the following day asking for video. Sent video, so far no response. Cannot upload video on here for some unknown reason.

Fire door lock, great quality
Purchased this lock for a fire door that we were replacing.It is excellent quality and value for money. Looks very stylish on the new door into the garage.Used along side a xfort escutcheon key plate.Would definitely recommend.

Flimsy door closing mechanism
I bought this to replace a cupboard door handle and lock which is in continual use. Unfortunately the lock casing and door closing mechanism are a poor and somewhat wobbly fit so it will break /snap pretty quickly. Being stuck in /out of.a room is dangerous. Inconvenient in a cupboard with cleaning products one wants to keep children out of.

Fitted like a glove in the existing hole.
Perfect replacement for the old one which had worn out. Just remember when ordering to get your measurements right and to use the numbers on the original lock if you can.

Good value for money
This item is good value for money as it is a nice quality door lock, looks good and is half the price of am equivalent in a DIY store. Very easy to fit.
