KRAUS Purita 100% Lead-Free Kitchen Water Filter Faucet in Matte Black, FF-100MB

I recently purchased the KRAUS Purita 100% Lead-Free Kitchen Water Filter Faucet in Matte Black, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. The sleek design and matte black finish perfectly complement my kitchen decor, adding a touch of modern elegance. One of the standout features for me was the ease of installation. The process was straightforward and hassle-free. I specifically chose this faucet because it's a reputable brand. Unlike many other faucets made in China, which have only lasted me about a year before starting to drip due to faulty ceramic cartridges, the KRAUS faucet seems to promise better durability. Although it's still early days, I'm optimistic that this faucet will last much longer. It would be great if KRAUS offers replacement cartridges, unlike the non-existent options for the Chinese brands I've dealt with in the past. Another highlight is the water output pressure. My previous faucet had such high pressure that it splashed water everywhere, making it a nuisance when filling a glass. The KRAUS Purita provides a perfect balance – strong enough for efficient use but gentle enough to prevent splashing. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase so far!

The faucet seems very durable and was fairly easy to install especially the push in connection to the line coming from the (existing) water filter. It operates perfectly, no leaks or delays in starting or ending the flow of water.

This is the ideal faucet. Great quality, looks good, and works well. Be advised installation will be difficult without a specialty tool (extra deep socket or basin wrench) to tighten the nut; lucky for me my other faucet came with one that was the right size. Kraus would be wise to add such a tool to this kit to reduce customer frustration. Ideally handle should be positioned on the right, but it can be oriented in any direction if necessary. This is a gold I can live with - thank you, Kraus! Very subdued gold - no shiny yellow or orangy gold here. It looks fantastic in my kitchen as an accent color (kitchen faucet is the same), alongside the stainless appliances. And it did not break the bank.

Love this water filter faucet it it’s part of a system I have four other items from this line in the same color on my new white countertop. It dispenses the water in quite a strong stream nice and cute swivels nicely. I love all the items I have in this collection
