Q: My unit failed right after warranty, how can I get a replacement switch?

I would think that I might be one of the Last Folks you'd want an Opinion from; My Scooter came w/out an Adapter for Charging the Battery. Never got Satisfaction regarding same. My Scooter sits in My Basement; - - - - " Useless to Me "

Q: Can the battery be purchased seperately?

I believe so. I saw it from B&H. Only preorder but that was last month. I went on vacation prior to that. So I haven’t purchased one myself. I would like an extra as well.

Q: How do I receive a return authorization number as my unit is defective

Return via Amazon if a recent purchase, if you have to go through the company forget it.

Q: Also can this be carried on carry on if flying to vacation?

Yes. Took it right on my carry on. Just placed the battery and charger along w my laptop in the bin going through security.
