this adorable cup came with a bunch of goodies which i wasn’t expecting! an organic sponge made from coconut husk (if i remember correctly) to wash the cup, a rubber ring for the cap which makes the cup spill proof plus some spares.the cup itself is super stylish, i bought the pink one and i am honestly in love with it. the design is so nice and i loved the packaging. i did buy the smaller size because i rarely get the chance to finish all of my drink (i’m a stem student in university) and it works just fine for me. it’s easy to hold and carry with you. i’ve stored it upright in a backpack and even when it tilted over 90 degrees it hasn’t leaked.the only catch is the lack of insulation on this cup :( i found it only keeps my coffee warm for about 2 hours, and tea from boiling hot water about 3. to me this is personally a major downside, especially if you are a busy person. if you’re someone who sits at a desk or has access to their drink at all times, then this shouldn’t bother you as you can easily refill / by the time you finish your drink it wouldn’t have gone cold anyways !all in all, still a lovely cup, but for the lack of insulation the amount of warmth it holds is still quite impressive. i will be keeping the cup and continuing to use it regardless, since it helps prevent waste and looks amazing !

Looks and feels great. Was hoping for this to be my go to mug. Unfortunately, it's leaky. The seal ring in the lid keeps coming loose and it's a hassle to keep pushing it back in place. The bottom of the mug often feels slightly moist as well, likely due to condensation and I'm worried it will leave stains on surfaces. Disappointing.*** Updated Review Jan'25***Following my feedback and 3 star rating, the company owner reached out to inform me I had a faulty cup with the offer of a refund or a new cup sent to me. I was pleasantly surprised and gladly took the offer for a new cup which was swiftly sent to me despite the busy holiday time. Having used it a few times, I now understand all the positive reviews. No more leaking and the seal ring stays firmly in place. I love using this cup. One of the best things about this cup is that it does not make my tea taste weird (as metal travel mugs sometimes do). Perfect size for my hand and holds a full cup of tea!! Bought to use in the office, and been using all week. Cannot comment on the mouthpiece as prefer to drink by removing the lid. Nice thin smooth rim so no spills when drinking. Pretty sturdy, but obviously bit lighter than a mug and can be knocked over on the desk, so the lid is great when not using (or when you forget your tea and its gone cold!) and when moving around the office. The anti-slip bottom is a bonus. Keeps my tea nice and hot. No nasty or metallic taste. The lighter colour makes it easy to see and clean away the tea staining. Works well for me.

I’d been searching high and low for a reusable travel cup that ticked all the boxes. I’ve always used travel cups made from plastic or the metal style ones but the plastic ones either only kept my drink warm for 30 mins or so or made the drink taste funny or the metal ones would keep my drink too hot and would still be hot by lunchtime defeating the object of being able to enjoy a hot drink during my commute to the office.This cup though is perfect! It appears to be double walled so keeps my drink hot for at least 60-90 mins, doesn’t affect the taste of the drink, no need for a sleeve as although you can feel the warmth of the drink on the outside of the cup, it doesn’t burn your hand. It’s easy to clean, nice to drink out of and I love that it has a Matt finish which means scratches are less likely to show. I was worried that the handle that forms the seal to the opening would flip back on my face when drinking but it stays put and it fits in my drink holder in the car. I purchased the larger size which won’t fit in all car cup holders due to the height of it if you’ve got a cup holder underneath your radio console panel, something to bare in mind. So glad I found this cup!

Two years on I still adore my stylish yellow cup. So practical and well designed it looks and works as well as the day I bought it. This chic yellow cup is my constant companion. Its bright colour means it's easy to spot and grab. holds a good amount of liquid and cleans beautifully in the dishwasher. I bought another for my sister who is equally pleased.Though not designed for this purpose the liftable section of the lid makes a pretty good seal on the drinking hole and it will (if stored upright) stop leaks from the cup when half full or less.I unfortunately lost this part recently when giving the cup an extra good clean. I contacted the company to see if I could buy the replacement part and Alex kindly sent me along another for free. Great Eco Vibes and excellent customer care. Thank you!

Wow wow wow! This is amazing! I have had this over a year now. Bought it for work - I am a teacher and have had a few of these over the years but this one is by far the best… I don’t know where to begin! It is durable - I dropped it when getting out the car with all my books, lunch and bags and it didn’t break - not even a scuff on it. The packaging is super cute and you get cleaning tools as well as a spare handle. Well, my first one is still going strong. The handle has a little rubber bit that you can press into the mouthpiece gap for drinking from and this fits in snug so that if it gets knocked over, it doesn’t leak. I have been searching for a long time for a non leak water bottle - this is the best non leak drinking thing I own now!! You can hand wash or add to the dishwasher with no issues. The only slight niggle is that the base has a foam circle stuck to it which is in a little groove - this came unstuck after a few dishwasher cycles but I didn’t want to mark it down on that because it really doesn’t matter and it didn’t leave any sticky residue. All the benefits of this outweigh one teeny little concern for a sticky foam circle.I also love that it is recycled and good for the environment - these guys have got it all sussed … 100% recommend - I LOVE mine! Thank you.

I really liked the design of this travel mug. I tried another one and just came back to this mug again. Reason:1. The handle makes it quite easy for me to carry2. Keeps drinks warm for about 1-2 hours3. When holding it, it doesnt feel hot4. Lovely design and calming, fits nicely in the cup holderUnfortunately it is not fully leak proof, kids knocked it over and it spilled. I dropped one once and it cracked. Also not dishwasher safe, but cleaning it by hand was quite quick.Still, I do like this product.

There is a small circular rubber band that keeps coming off and it causes leakage. It’s a gift to my wife and she complained to as this is leaking and rubber thing is keep coming off.

I am extremely picky about my drinkware but I am obsessed with this guy. It’s perfect. Keeps things properly insulated for hours, easy to hold, and has endured a lot of abuse at my hands! Wish they had this guy in a larger size. I find myself using this more than my water bottle because it’s so easy to drink from. 10/10 would recommend!

Product is fine. Describes as stainless steel but it is not. It is composed of a material that comes from rice husks. Amazon sent a black cup when a blue cup was ordered. No sure how the product will perform, was expecting a stainless steel cup

Funziona bene, tiene caldo almeno un paio dir ore buone. Per riscaldare il liquido si puo' anche mettere la tazza nel forno a microonde che e' comodissimo invece di dovere versare in un altro recipiente per scaldare e rimettere nella tazza in ceramica.

My wife loves these cups - this is her third (as the kids keep taking the other 2)
