Absolutely disgusting!! Save the planet but to heck with the safety of the consumer. These straws arrived in a package designed with an open window unprotected. How many people handled this box, coughed, sneezed on these unprotected straws and I'm meant to drink from them? Unhealthy, unsafe at any time but during a pandemic? Refund being requested immediately.

Lovely paper straws, last for quite a while without going soggy. Have been able to drink smoothies with bits and have had no trouble with them. Lovely packaging.

I tried to contact the seller before leaving this review but unfortunately it seems that this seller does not allow messages to be sent to them.I’ve tried two separate straws from the box I received in fizzy drinks (a can of 7up and a can of Coke) as the use of straws with fizzy drinks reduces contact with your teeth (reducing the risk of decay). When putting one of these straws in the can, it causes to liquid to become overly fizzy. After sucking through the straw, the drink starts foaming and flows out of both the can opening and the end of the straw (as if the can was shaken before being opened). This results in sticky liquid getting all over the place, making these straws unusable.Bear this in mind before purchasing. I’m sure they are fine with non fizzy drinks, but it is solely fizzy drinks I purchased these for.

Good product at a good price

Recently got my teeth whitened and I wanted to keep them that way, so ordered some straws for the drinks that I love so much, but leave my teeth stained. I Hate (with a capital H!) paper straws. They fall apart after about ten minutes…but my son is very aware of environmental issues and I don’t think I would’ve been forgiven if I bought plastic ones. I do have ones that you wash and reuse, but it’s annoying having to wash them all the time…so I bought these, not expecting much, but they’re really, really good. They don’t fall apart at all, even after being in a drink for over an hour. And obviously they are a lot better for the environment, so I’m really happy and will definitely be ordering them again. Very sturdy, feel almost plastic - that’s how sturdy they are. You can bend them and they keep their shape, so you don’t have to drink from a straight straw if you don’t want to. Very good quality and not a bad price at all. And much better for the environment.

So much better than paper straws, they keep their shape and don't go soggy.
